We have a fully fenced secured yard with company for your pets whilst you are out. The villa’s kitchen is fully set up for you to cook up a storm that comes with complimentary starter kit of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, spices & so much more, washing detergents & washing powder, toilet paper and body wash included. If you have a loved pet whom you don't want to part with whilst on your holidays because of rental pet restrictions & if LOCATION & convenience is important to you then this is the perfect holiday home for you ! Mermaid Beach/Miami is simply a laid-back spot where you’ll love just hanging out and enjoying your holiday with your family, friends and your pets! The villa encaptures this feeling with the Pacific Ocean only just over the main road. You won’t need a car once you arrive at the villa as everything is so close but we will provide a couple of bikes for you to get around on and there’s even a body board to help you enjoy the ocean. YES WE DID SAY YOUR DOG! If your furry friend loves to come with you and is friendly with other animals & humans then he/she is welcome - just talk to us when booking. Guest access You have access to your own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry, clothesline, bedrooms & your lounge room. We have a safe high-fenced back yard to keep your beloved pets in. You can simply enjoy a morning coffee in the private cute sunny court yard next to the lounge room. There are 3 different access entries & exits to your villa. You have We have everything here at your fingertips. 1 min walk to Jetts 24x7 gym, 2 min walk to Sizzler, KFC, Mermaid Tavern, Mermaid Surf Club, the best Fish & Chip shop ever, Malaysian, Pancakes, Philippine, Indonesian, Vegetarian, French, Italian, Domino's & Maria's pizza, Outback Jacks, Korean, Japanese, pie shop, fruit & veg shop all about 2 mins walk & 15 min walk to Coles @ Pacific Fair, that's just to name a few, it's eating paradise around here. Guest interaction We'll be mostly on the premises 24x7 as we live upstairs, but in saying that, our villa is completely separate from the downstairs villa, we don't invade other peoples' personal space & we lead a quiet family life with our 13yr old son. We love to welcome guests & advise of where all the best places to eat, shop & cool places to see. Neighbourhood overview Very quiet, safe, friendly, very short no through road street (no traffic) in a well to do location. You can hear the ocean through the day & night without the worry of all the riff raff on the beachside. It really is a private oasis here amongst 3 mango trees in our backyard keeping any outside noise at bay & also attracting lots of wild lorrikeets & other birds to our yard. We have a park & canal in the next street which you are free to use the fishing rods catching Bream & Flathead. At the end of your holiday you will absolutely feel like a Gold Coast local. Please leave the cottage in similar condition to how you found it. WE HAVE A STRICTLY NO PARTIES - NO EXCESSIVE NOISE - NO SCHOOLIES POLICY Getting around

The villa is only 5 minute walk to the beach being only 450 meters away, 2 minute walk to public transport and a short walk to Pacific Fair (one of the most elite & glamorous shopping centers in Australia), Broadbeach and the Casino. Now that the light rail is operating, getting around so much easier & so quick. Fast direct public transport links into Surfers Paradise or anywhere else on the Gold Coast as our local bus & tram stops are on our doorstep and has a bus coming through every 5 mins, works around the clock 24 x 7, very reliable. The Gold Coast Airport is only 20 minutes away by car. The theme parks Dreamworld / Movie World / Wet N Wild are only a 30min drive away & Seaworld is only 15min drive, they are all easy to get to and from!

WHEN BOOKING IN WITH YOUR PETS PLEASE BOOK THEM IN AS GUESTS AS IT IS ONLY FAIR TO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE COMPARED WITH GUESTS WITHOUT PETS. We do have a very friendly dog and cat but they usually just hang upstairs with us. We'll happily look after your pets whilst you are out enjoying the Gold Coast sites and we can also take your dogs for a walk on the beach in the afternoons with our dog if it suits. As you can most probably tell, we are animal lovers here :) DOG RULES ARE SIMPLE Not allowed on the beds, pick up your doggie's poo & clean up any accidents. There are 2 dog kennels & dog cushions scattered around the house for lazing around and sleep either inside or out, whatever you prefer. Fresh Linen and towels are provided, plenty of extras and essentials Free unlimited Wifi, Fishing Rods, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach trolley & chairs, picnic basket set, esky (icebox) & BBQ are also there for you to use. Dog bowls for your pets available.
