My name is Tess Tucker and I am the artist behind Pearl of a Girl Nursery. I began reborning in July of 2013 and haven't stopped since!

A "reborn" is an extremely lifelike vinyl doll, painted with several thin layers to achieve as much realism as possible. I have been reborning since July of 2013 and have not stopped since! I love my work, and I love that I have become a part of the reborn community. I truly believe it has made me a better person. Each one of my babies is created with several thin layers of Genesis Heat-Set paints

. I take inspiration from every reborn artist I can find, adopting little aspects of their technique while simultaneously creating my own as I gain more and more experience with this fantastic art.

Dallas is a 20” newborn with full limbs. He will come home with his COA and a small layette, including a little crochet hat I made for him! He has a magnet for a pacifier. His cost is $785+shipping. Payment plans are also acceptable.

Layla sculpt by Suzzette du Plessis is for sale, $700+SHIP if you pre-order her before her rooting is complete! I’ll be working on it again soon, just waiting on some replacement needles. Layla is 20” newborn size. She has 3/4 arms and full legs with a deep, beautiful dark chocolate skin tone inspired by Nigeria. She will receive a full head of mono-rooted black hair, with a wavier short mohair at the hairline and a curlier mohair towards the crown (if you know Blair, that’s the mohair she’s getting). Layla is dressed neutrally here but will come home in a sweet outfit I’ve saved for her. Magnet for a pacifier can be added. Enjoy her pictures and dm me if interested!

Beautiful brown Cozy by Linda K. Smith from Bountiful Baby. Painted black hair, rooted black eyelashes, 20" newborn size with 3/4 arms and full non-jointed legs. About 5 pounds. Can suck her thumb and take a cut pacifier.
