The Ark at North Sommercotes may be forced to close within a month if a source of funding is not found.

The Ark, which is a regular beneficiary of Fenwold Vets' 'Give a Stray a Christmas Dinner' campaign, is short of funds following an outbreak of parvovirus in February.

I have just had a session (long overdue as ever) updating the web site. Each railway locations page has been updated with notified/published public running days.
If anyone can confirm which 'school holiday' days Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway will be open I would be obliged for the information.

Just seen that the 29th July steam to Skegness that I posted on 2nd July has been cancelled again.

There will be no trains between Grimsby & Lincoln until at least 10th July after a freight train derailed on Tuesday. Eight empty fuel containers came off the track at Langworth. Network Rail had hoped to reopen the track by Friday, but it'll now stay shut for the next 8 days for further investigations.

Grayscroft Coaches are running an excursion to York on Sunday 29th March to the National Railway Museum for the Churchill's Final Journey event. Hello all, Happy New Year. Its been a while but I have just finished going through the web site making it ready for 2015. So right now the diary is empty, but over the coming few days it will gradually fill as I go through each attraction updating the information. I think I also have a couple of new locations to add too!
