Cas Costas Ibiza Grill & Market, the charming countryside eatery on the road that runs between Sant Jordi and Sant Josep, has announced a change in opening hours. Every day, the beautiful restaurant and bar will be open between 12.30 and 1.00, with the kitchen opening from 13.00 until 00.30. San Antonio is arguably better known as one of Ibiza’s liveliest resorts, certainly during the summer season but if you look past that relatively small section or real estate where bright lights and loud music rules, the once sleepy fishing village offers some of the most beautiful experiences on the island.

Case in point; Cala Gracioneta - Chiringuito. Park at the top of the hill and make the steep walk to the charming cove and you will be blown away by its beauty. During the day it is the ideal sunbathing spot for those that prefer a more relaxing day in the sun, head down after dark and the stylish restaurant that occupies the cove offers one of the most romantic destinations on the island. Set back from the beach, and split across the natural levels of the landscape, built around the mini cliff and the age-old trees. Cala Gracioneta Chiringuito is nothing short of spectacular. It has been a favourite of ours since we launched essential Ibiza and this season, with the arrival of our good friend and ultimate professional Javier, previously in charge of Villa Mercedes, we can’t help notice it has raised its game a level or two.

Last summer, amidst a flurry of openings, cocktails and foodie experiences, Nikkei restaurant and lounge bar Coricancha became one of our absolute favourite new additions to Ibiza’s growing culinary scene.
