The goal of Fitness Golf is to provide a full aerobic workout that is extremely enjoyable at the same time. We all know that golf is not very much exercise, and running on a treadmill and biking on a stationary bike can be quite boring. Choose from 160 golf courses, many which are world famous, and from three player modes. For Fitness Golf mode, a player hits their golf shot and then must run, wal

k, or bike their distance hit before making their next shot. A player's Fitness Golf Score is a combination of the minutes and strokes taken to complete the round. For Fitness Only mode, a player chooses to run, walk, or bike thru any of the gorgeous courses with no golfing required. For Golf Only mode, a player plays a regular simulated round of golf with no movement required. Exercise has never been this fun!!
