We want to support ourselves and our fellow starving artists so that we may continue to survive in doing what we love. Here are the founders' stories:
Abanoub Andraous - Director of Operations
They called me crazy... and here I am. Actor, writer, director, and now also, thanks to this company, producer. Here's what you need to know: I am a Coptic Orthodox Christian, born and raised in Canada, an
d everything I've ever been through has led me to this point! But all of that is backstory. This right here is where my story really begins. It kicks-off with me joining forces with some of the most talented people I have ever had the pleasure to meet, and starting a company together in order to fuel one another. We are here to do what we love; no matter what it takes. Don’t tell me it’s impossible to get into this industry, when I know that what is truly impossible is not doing what I love. We don’t ever want to sit around waiting for that job, giving up on our dream because it’s too hard. It's hard to gain experience and exposure in an industry that thrives off of those who already have experience and exposure. That's why we're here; in order to create those jobs, becoming the foundation and support for substantial and meaningful art, young artists and the young community in general. We wish to bridge that gap. We wish to tell you our stories and so many others' as well. We are Eleventh Story Productions. John Delbarian - Chief Financial Officer
A recent BFA Acting graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, I've been a Los Angeles resident my entire life. As such, performing and telling stories has always been a passion of mine. Since the first DNA strand told the first molecule how to create an organism, storytelling has literally brought humanity together. Our company's goal is to continue this tradition by showcasing incredible lesser seen works, with magnificent up and coming talent. The miracle of losing one's self in a character's struggle and adventure is what our troupe is dedicated to, one hundred million percent (and those are just the initial figures). We pledge to bring hard working young performers to the forefront of the LA entertainment community with every story we inhabit. Shanté DeLoach - Administrative Director
I am the Administrative Director of Eleventh Story Productions, and also an actor within the company. With this undertaking I hope to expose people to plays that are rarely produced, yet are no less visceral and thought provoking than the works we see more frequently. Our goal is also to produce original work that we feel deserves to be seen; to give ourselves a voice as young artists. I am extremely excited to pursue this endeavor with my fellow business partners, who are all at once phenomenally talented and lovely human beings. I recently moved to the LA area from Phoenix, Arizona. I have been acting since high school and I am a recent graduate of AMDA college and conservatory of the performing arts located here in Hollywood. Yelizaveta Rybalchenko - Chief Marketing Officer
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls of all ages! On behalf of this beautiful company and I, thanks so much for dropping by! My journey starts in a little suburb in Colorado, but even further back in the South of Ukraine. And through it all, something finally led me to the overwhelming but inspiring Los Angeles. And thank goodness it did, because I’ve never felt more at home than I do plopped in the center of this frantic whirlwind of an industry. Whether it be on stage at our modest little neighborhood theatre, or behind the scenes of a major film production, I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be with these three brilliant souls right next to me. I’ve recently grown very attached to the idea that everyone has their own story. Do you know how many stories that adds up to around the world?... I mean I’m no mathematician, I chose the arts for a reason, but I imagine that’s quite a lot! I’ve chosen to make it my job to portray all of these stories through my art. Because everyone’s story deserves to be heard. So, we’re setting out to retell those stories that aren’t heard enough or simply overlooked all together. We’re setting out to tickle your funny bones, to tug on your heart strings, and maybe even set off a few light bulbs in that good ol’ noggin. We’re Eleventh Story Productions. Please… take your shoes off, stay a while.
