"নীলগিরি" বাংলাদেশ এর পর্যটক কেন্দ্রগুলোর ভেতর সবচেয়ে সুন্দর এবং বৃহৎ চুড়া।এটি প্রায় ৩৫০০ ফুট উঁচু সমতল ভূমি থেকে।এটির অবস্থান "বান্দরবন" থেকে ৪৬ কিলোমিটার দক্ষিণে "তানচি" থানায় ।'বান্দরবন-তানচি' রোড থেকে দক্ষিণে 'ম্র" দের গ্রামের কাছাকাছি যেতে হবে এই চুড়াটির সৌন্দর্য উপভোগ করার জন্য।এই গ্রাম দর্শনার্থীদের পরিচয় করিয়ে দিবে আদিবাসিদের বিচিত্র ও রঙ্গিন জীবন যাপন পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে।বর্ষার মৌসুমে এটি প্রকৃতির সকল সৌন্দর্যে অলংকৃত হয়ে উঠে,এই স্থানটিকে দেখলে মনে হবে মেঘের চাঁদরে ঘেরা।শিতের মৌসুমেও এটি নতুন ভাবে নিজেকে সাজিয়ে তোলে তখন আকাশে দেখা যায় কুয়াশার খেলা ।এখানে কমপক্ষে ১৫ থেকে ২০ দিন থাকতে হবে "জোসনা রাতে" চাঁদের সৌন্দর্য দেখার জন্য।এটির কাছেই 'সাঙ্গু' নামের একটি নদী অবস্থিত যা "নীলগিরি'র " প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য কে শত গুণ বারিয়ে দিয়েছে।থাকার জন্য রিসোর্ট ও আছে বেশ কয়েকটি। এই স্থানটির দেখভালের দায়িত্য "বাংলাদেশ আর্মি'র" উপর ন্যাস্ত ।

Nilgiri or Nil Giri is one of the tallest peaks and beautiful tourist spot in Bangladesh. It is about 3500 feet high and situated at Thanci Thana. It is about 46 km south of Bandarban on the Bandarban-Chimbuk-Thanchi road. Beside this spot you can see Mro villages. Their colorful culture and living style are surely an unexplored experience for the visitors. In rainy season here creates a spectacular scenery, the whole spot is covered with the blanket of clouds. You can enjoy a cloudy experience. Winter is waiting for you with it’s foggy gesture on the height. It is a nice place for campfire in that season. Most attractive time is the dawn. It is better if you chose to stay during 7-18 dates of a lunar month to enjoy the moonlit night. You can also enjoy the serpentine course of Sangu River. This is the most spectacular tourist spot in Bandarban and managed by Army brigade of Bandarban.

"হুসসানি দালান" পুরান ঢাকার বিশেষ ঐতিহ্যবাহী স্থান । এটি বানানো হয়েছিল
'কারবালার' বিয়োগান্ত ঘটনার স্মরণে ,অনেকে এটি্কে "শিয়া অনুসারী মুসলিমদের" মসজিদ বলে থাকেন ।আরবি মহাররম মাসের ১০ তারিখ শিয়া মুসলিমরা এখানে আসোরা পালন করেন ।এই স্থানটি ১০ তারিখ অসংখ্য শিয়া মুসলিমের আর্তনাথে বিমর্ষ হয়ে উঠে ।এটি ১৬৪২ সালে মুঘল সম্রাট শাহজাহানের পুত্র "শাহ্‌-সুজার" শাসন আমলে প্রতিষ্ঠা করা হয় ।"হুসসানি দালান" পুরান ঢাকার "চাংখারপুল" মোড় থেকে ১০ মিনিট হাটাপথ পরে অবস্থিত ।"হুসসানি দালান" এর প্রধান ফটক এর সামনের রাস্তা "হুসসানি দালান রোড" নামে পরিচিত এবং অন্য পাশে পেছনে আর একটি ফটক আছে যা "তাতখানা রোড" নামে পরিচিত ।

Hussaini dalan is one of the most significant historical place of old Dhaka city. Though it was built as a imambara the mourning place for the Karbala tragedy, many people think of this place as a mosque of Shia muslim community.During holy Ashura,the 10th day of Arabic month Muharram this place becomes the huge mourning gatherings of Shia muslims. It was built in 1642 during the Subedari of Prince Shah Shuza ( 1639–1647 and 1652–1660), son of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan . According to Khan Bahadur Syed Aulad Hasan titled “Old Dhaka” and “Tawareeq Dacca” by Munshi Rahman Ali Tayeesh, Mir Murad the superintendent of the ‘Nawara estates of Nizamat’ built the Hussaini Dalan.

Husaaini dalan is situated at the old portion of Dhaka city, just 10 minutes walking distance from “Chankhar Pul mor”. Infront the main entrance of dalan the road is called Hussaini dalan road. There is also a backside entrance. The adjacent road of this is called Tatkhana road.

This building has undergone many alterations. During the rule of the East India Company, it was repaired in 1807 and 1810. But the present form of Hussaini Dalan was given by Nasrat Jung, who rebuilt the imambara in 1823. The two storied main building of “Hussaini Dalan” is situated in the middle of complex with a large pond to the south. The ground floor is hollow,having graves in the northern portion,where shia people mourns with lighting candles. There is also a grave yard at the north of the complex.

This imambara is open for everyone. No entry ticket requires. It is a significant religious place for Shia muslims.So while visiting this place everybody should respect there religious point of views.

Historical Hussaini dalan is definitely a worth visiting place for every heritage lover.

মুসলিমদের শাসন আমলে এটি বাংলার রাজধানী হিসেবে পরিচিত ছিল ।এটি বাণিজ্যের নগরী সুবর্ণ গ্রাম হিসেবেও পরিচিত । এটিকে সোনালী গ্রামও বলা হয়ে থাকে।
১২২০ সালে হিন্দু শাসক "দানুজামাধাভা দাশারাথাদেভা " বিক্রমপুর থেকে এখানে চলে আসেন এবং ১২৮০ সালে দিল্লি থেকে এখানে "ফখরুদ্দিন মোবারক শাহ্‌ " মুসলিম সুলতান হিসেবে অভিশেক করে এই স্থানটির নামকরন করেন সোনারগাঁ ।

Hindu ruler Danujamadhava Dasharathadeva shifted his capital to Suvarnagrama from Bikrampur sometime in the middle of the 13th century. With the Muslim invasion and the arrival of the sultan of Delhi in 1280, it’s importance magnified as the region’s de facto Islamic capital. Some 42 years later, the first independent sultan of East Bengal, Fakhruddin Mubarak Shah, officially established his capital in Sonargaon.

Ahsan Manzil, Dhaka – Historical & tourist Place in Bangladesh

Built in 1872 and standing on the river Buriganga, this stately building offers the visitors a feeling of the life-style of the Nawabs of Dhaka. Sometimes known as the Pink Palace, this building now houses a splendid museum. Basically, it was the residence of the Nawabs. Nawab Abdul Gani renovated this building in the year 1872 and named it after his son Khaza Ahasanullah. On the bank of river Buriganga in Dhaka the Pink majestic, Ahsan Manjil has been renovated and turned into a museum recently. It is an epitome of the nation’s rich cultural heritage.Based on an access of 1 meter, two-story alcazar measures 125.4m by 28.75m. The acme of the arena attic is 5 meters, and the aboriginal attic of 5.8 meters. There are columns of the acme of the arena floor, both arctic and south ancillary of the castle. A ample accessible stairway bottomward from the south portico, boarded the river through the advanced yard.
