Starting March 1, I’m excited to bring to you the latest rendition of a beloved movement practice I’ve created from all my experience in the healing and creative arts both in South Africa and overseas.

It’s an interwoven somatic experience based on my 40+ years as a dancer, and experience in somatic expression, theatre arts, yoga, energy healing, indigenous arts, and as an intuitive guide.

Come and experience YOURSELF - the unedited, uninhibited, newly discovered parts of you. The body will always tell you what’s true, what’s real, who you truly are, if you ask it.

Everything is rhythm, everything moves and speaks - water, wind, roots. This movement practice will help you hear yourself and when we truly hear ourselves, we can truly BE ourselves and embody our essence.

Feel, release and clear stuck emotions from your body. Transmute constriction into expansion. Re-pattern your subconscious and call in that which you desire.

We feel to heal. We feel to flow. Without being in our bodies and truly being with what is inside our human selves we can’t move through that which is stuck in our tissues, in our muscles, in our cells, in our lives.

This practice is largely intuitive with an emphasis on you finding your own dance and expression but I will also lead you through movements that are specifically designed to reach into your soul and express your essence.

I’m so looking forward to moving with you to incredible music which I have carefully curated for the souls that are sparked by this invitation.

This will be a weekly session so as time goes by and you become familiar with the flow, the more you will drop into your body and your feeling state, and the more you will get in touch with your heart, your sensuality, your expansive joy and being.

No dance experience is necessary.
Open to men and women.

I haven’t posted in a long time. A few shares over stories here and there to stay present on here; little things from others that inspire me, but the big things? ... the things that are deep and personal for me in my own life, I’ve been quiet and hiding whilst I set up my life again, whilst I build community and forge new connections, whilst I create a home sanctuary and rediscover what makes me tick and tune into my soul to do the inner and outer work that aligns and connects.

One of the things that’s been making me tick and satisfying my soul is connecting in to spirit and taking one step at a time to feel into the soul work that brings me joy and guides and serves others.

I’ve always done intuitive readings in one way shape or form, for myself and others but I’ve been confidently stepping more into myself, my knowing, my ability to tune in for others and go deep into accessing what aligns for my clients, revealing for them what that is, what I see, what their guides and higher self is nudging them into for their deepest fulfillment, healing and prospering.

If you’re at a crossroads and your vision is a bit foggy, let me help you clear the way. Your soul already knows, your guides already know, you just need me to bridge the gap between your mind and your body, your subconscious and your conscious and come home to your essence that’s been there all along. Sometimes we just need a little nudge, a little window, a little perspective. It would be my honor and pleasure to help.

Movement has a way of rearranging everything; the body, the mind, the emotions.

Last night, for the first time in a while, I got down on the dance floor - thanks to a sweet DJ duo who both emanated such incredible energy and used their intuition and not their ego to make sure people were grooving. Thanks - these two have got it going on!

Music has saved my life more times than I can remember.

>> Music + movement=magic, release, communion. Allowing music to infiltrate my cells instead of my mind sets my soul free.

So refreshing to resonate with music that actually inspires me to dance - see second slide in this post 😜 couldn’t be more true for me 😬

I'm a Gemini sun, Aries rising, Sagittarius moon, Mars and Venus in cancer, north node Capricorn. I'm fire air and water...not much earth. I have to ground daily, trust and do root chakra meditations. Nature is my healing balm, imagination my connection to the higher realms.

This time last year Italy had just gone into its first lockdown. I had just lost all 3 of my jobs in Florence after having moved there exactly a year before.
It's been an entire year since I have not had an income; relying on money I'd saved and a few sales of artwork as I was between countries - ineligible for unemployment benefits in the US or Italy. I'm still trying to forge ahead with my dream but every day is uncertain and my nervous system has definitely been hit quite hard between not having an income, my own home or a community of support...not to mention not being proficient in the language.
This is not a 'poor me' story but a reflection on this past year of which there has been much to be grateful for in amongst the anxiety. I'm still in gorgeous Italy despite going back and forth about whether or not to leave and start again elsewhere but I didn't come this far to give up.
I'm sharing this image as its part of a series I created of zodiac collages that are for sale on my website as digital downloads together with a PDF of a 2021 synopsis for each sign.
