We are, at the moment, in contact with puppet theatre troupes and directors who had to flee the invasions in the East and South. Financial aid is now used for medical treatment, rent, food and water for puppet artists and their immediate vulnerable family members, children and elderly parents.
In the meantime, younger puppet artists are keeping their spirits up and providing children something to watch while taking shelter from the bombings.
