I went on the fearless flying course I. Manchester January this year, and this week I flew to Italy with my family! My first flight in 10 years! After the fearless flyer course I didn’t think it would help, but I was surprised how much it has!

I completed the Fearless flying course in June 2021 from Edinburgh after never even being on a plane before due to having a severe Claustrophobia.

This has changed my life and although I still get nervous I would rather never have got on a plane before this course.

I have now flew to Belfast, Ibiza, Salou and going to Portugal next week.

BTW - The photo is in Salou where my partner proposed to me!

Planning a longer flight for my Honeymoon in two years time.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is a nervous flyer or Claustrophobic like myself.

I just wanted to share these photos from Portugal on the site, and I just wanted to reiterate - to anyone who still feels they can't fly - I would never have believed that I would be able to fly here three months ago, and feel comfortable in the plane. I would so recommend the easyJet course as it did make the difference for me after 47 years of flying.

These fears we have always seem so insurmountable but they really aren't - it's just that last nudge, that "little thing" that can make the difference. For me, it was the realisation that I could control my thoughts, and that my brain can't actually understand the "negative statements" that were particularly powerful.
