Learn how to build a canoe, bike, skis or snowshoe and then take a guided trip on your hand made vehicle. The first part of the trip will be in the workshop.

Students will learn how to build a Canoe or Kayak and become competent in the skills that they will need for a water expedition. Here students will spend time learning how different tools work and how to build a boat and paddle. During downtime, students will go on hikes, play games, and explore the local area. The second half of the trip will be on the water. Students will learn how to camp, stay

warm at night, cook, paddle, self-rescue, and how to be safe away from civilization. We will paddle an average of 10-15 miles a day, learn about the flora and fauna, and enjoy the natural beauty around us. When students work together and work hard, it builds trust between them and our staff. This allows for our groups to become close with each other and for our students to create life long friends.No experience is needed for either of these trips.
