About Us

My husband and I have owned this home for over 12 years. Since the home is located so close to the Grand Ole Opry House and directly across from Opryland Hotel and Convention Center, we decided it would be a good place for a vacation home and started in 2016. We are family owned and operated. No property managers. We like to ensure our guest have a clean and comfortable place to stay when they visit Nashville. It’s a safe and established neighborhood. We are legally permitted and safety inspected by Metro Nashville. We live a few miles away. We hope you will consider our home the next time you visit Nashville. Upstairs: (1) comfortable pillow top queen bed in bedroom flat screen smart TV (local TV & Netflix)

(2) twin(single) beds in bedroom 2, Vanity with pull out stool for putting on make up.

(1) full bathroom with hair dryer

Downstairs: living room with flat screen TV (Local TV, Netflix) (Wifi), fireplace (electric) and queen Lazyboy sofa bed for additional guests.

Downstairs 1/2 Bath. Washer & Dryer.

The Kitchen has dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and all amenities. Sliding glass door off kitchen leads to covered patio. Spend your evenings relaxing on rocking chairs on the patio, grilling on the BBQ in a privacy fence yard.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Located in an established quiet, safe neighborhood. This home is directly across State Hwy 155 from Opryland Hotel and Convention Center 1.5 mi drive to entrance.

2 mi to Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall

6.5 mi from BNA airport

9.2 mi to downtown (3 different routes which makes it

very easy to navigate around Nashville traffic from this area)

Ga***rd Springs and Two Rivers Golf course, Wave Country Water Park, Cumberland River, Music Valley Dr. or ride on the world famous General Jackson Showboat. Other attractions that are nearby: South Broadway Honkytonks, The Hermitage (Andrew Jackson's home), Two Rivers Mansion, Percy Priest Lake, The Parthenon and Fontanel.

PARKING AND GETTING AROUND:

There is a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. It's a short 10-12 min ride to downtown lower Broadway. Parking downtown is expensive and hard to find. Parking during events can be as much as $30.00 downtown. Uber and Lyft are the best and most affordable option.
