Oh yay, oh yay, the time hath changed! Now it's time to start training in earnest! Wednesday night rides are now on and the fun can now begin! Just FYI - for all you thirsty riders in need of quenching your thirst after the Wednesday Night Group Rides, Krafty Draft Brew Pub, just down the street from BiLo at 269 Charter Oak Road, Lexington, is offering a dollar off each beer if you're a Sunset Cyclist! Ride with pride and quench that thirst!

Come on out to the Lexington High School in time to leave the parking lot at 7:00AM and enjoy and cool, invigorating training ride for the Assault on Mount Mitchell!
