Most of the times we let ourselves suffer because we aren’t able to let go of the things which becomes a pestilence within us ..we keep on lingering with that unending hope that things may turn better and we will again experience those emotions which were lost but we forget..once lost can never be found again..atleast in the same way it used to be ..no matter how many efforts we make ..how many hurdles we cross..And it creates a civil war ..an upheaval within us ..

Patnitop or Patni Top is a hilltop tourist location situated in the Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is in located on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (which is part of National Highway 44, formerly 1A), 112 km (70 mi) from Jammu, on the way from Udhampur to Srinagar. Situated on a plateau in the Shivalik belt of the Himalayas, Patnitop sits at an altitude of 2,024 m (6,640 ft). The river Chenab flows in close proximity to this location. Patnitop lies in District Ramban of Jammu And Kashmir.

Manwal, in the ancient times went by the name Babbapura as mentioned in the Rajtarangini and was possibly during this time the capital of the Duggar(Jammu) region. The place is also linked with Babruvahan of the Mahabhartha on account of the name Babbapura and is believed to have been built by him. Later the name got distorted to Babour. The villages of Manwal and Thalora on the Udhampur-Dhar road have among themselves five ancient temples scattered over an area of one square kilometer viz. the Devi Bhagwati Temple, the Dera Temple, the Kala Dera-l Temple and the Kala Dera-ll Temple and the Nand Babour Temple. These temples dating to 10th-11th century AD were grand edifices but have considerably lost their original shape over time.
