Things to know when traveling with
Candiluxe Travel
1. Clients, when requesting bookings, please keep In mind the timeframe of the trip: (I.E. If your trip is in 3-4 weeks, discounts maybe limited and flight costs maybe higher).
2. When booking less than 2 months out, you will have to pay your trip in full. Most hotels will not accept a deposit if it’s two months or less before said stay.
3. Some hotels do not accept deposits and payments are due in full at the time of booking.
4. I am not paid by the client when booking hotels and flights. So, please keep in mind the amount of time that I spend making sure to gather the best deals and rates for you. However, if you choose to book a rental house, I will charge a research booking fee.
5. Peak seasons: During peak seasons prices fluctuate (I.e. hotels and flights will be higher).
6. Off season : prices tend to be cheaper .
7. When contacting me, please have the following information already available: number of guest, names, ages, airport you will flying out of, port you wish to depart from (for cruises), dates of travel, the type of hotel you are looking for (i. e. 3,4,5 star, all inclusive, etc.), as well as your budget.
8. If you include a flight in your package, your flight must be paid in full during your deposit to secure the flight.
