Today we're announcing that after five years of helping visitors to Prince Edward County discover and share great restaurants, shops, wineries, galleries and B&Bs, we will be shutting down the PEC.guide App on December 21 2019. We're proud of the community that rallied around the PEC.guide App and are inspired by the incredible sharing and discovery that came from it.

While it's sad to say goodbye the PEC.guide App, we're eager to put our hearts into developing new products, and exploring more ways to improve lives using technology.

Thank you to the thousands of PEC.guide users and businesses for your support and we hope to see you in The County this summer!

Driving to The County this summer and hoping to get home on the 401 West-bound afterward? The popular Wooler Rd/County Road 40 on-ramps to the 401 West-bound towards Toronto and East-bound towards Kingston will be CLOSED May 22 to August due to construction.
We suggest considering a short and sweet detour through Trenton as an alternative to getting onto the 401 West-bound. Other options include Hwy 2, County Road 62, County Road 49 or if you want the long route, the Glenora Ferry. Or stay forever..? :)
This on-ramp closure does not affect the Wooler Rd exit from the 401 heading into Prince Edward County.
