13 day Manaslu circuits trek
Day 01: Drive Kathmandu to Machha khola (800m) by bus, overnight at guest house - 9,10hrs
Day 02: Trek Machhakhola to Jagat (1340m) - 6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 03: Trek to Deng (1860 m) - 7 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 04: Trek Deng to Namrung(2630m) – 7hrs, Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 05 : Trek Namrung to Lho (3280m) -4hrs , overnight at guest house.
Day 06: Trek to Samagaon(3540m) - 4hrs , Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 07: Rest day in Samagaon (our guide will bring you to explore around Birendra lake or nearest view point/day trip to Manaslu Base Camp) overnight at same guest house.
Day 08 : Trek Samagaon to Samdo (3875m) -4hrs, Overnight at guest house

Day 09: Trek Samdo to Dharmashala/Larkya la phedi (4,460m) overnight at guest house - 3hrs
Day 10: Trek down to Bimthang (3590m) via Larkya La pass (5160m) -8-10hrs, Overnight at guest house.
Day 11: Trek Bimthang to Gowa (1960m) overnight at guest house . 7-8hrs
Day 12: After breakfast walking 3 hours till dharapani , then by sharing jeep then drive to besishahar. overnight at Hotel in besishahar - 4 or 5 hrs.
Day: 13 drive to pokhara by local bus .6 hours
