Our products that include bullet details have been polished to a shine, but will develop a nice vintage patina over time. To return it to its original shine, simply wipe clean with a small amount of brass or jewelry cleaner. Please remember that your Buffalo Brass could contain a blank bullet or part of one and th

Payment is due upon purchase. Please go through the etsy checkout when you complete your sale. No items will be shipped until payment has been received and cleared! If you pay via e-check through paypal this often takes up to a week and a half to clear and we do not ship your items until this has happened. If you have any trouble making a payment contact us!

Insurance is not provided with the standard shipping fee already charged on items, this is up to you. If you reject the option to buy insurance on your package, and it fails to arrive at it's destination, I can issue no refunds. However, I am willing to assist recovery in every way possible! Please keep in mind that all items are "made to order"! We do keep a small stock but usually the item you order is made the day you put your order in and shipped out the next day. But be aware that during HIGH volume times it may take up to 3 business days for your order to ship (this, however, is VERY rare). IF YOU ORDER ON A FRIDAY OR DURING A HOLIDAY WEEK -- If you put your order in on Friday please realize it will not go out until the next business day, usually being Monday unless holidays are involved. If you put your order in before a holiday weekend when the mail does not run, please understand that this is out of our control and will result in a longer wait before arrival. If you want to upgrade your shipping in any way please convo me (on etsy) before you place your order and I will put in the upgraded changes. Returns are accepted only if you receive wrong merchandise or the merchandise is not the same as what is described in the description. Please note that because our items are made to order (and are labeled as such) the photo is not a photo of the EXACT piece you will receive. As noted in the descriptions because our product is made from once fired used brass the imperfections, head stamps, and blemishes WILL vary.
