What an incredible family friendly resort! I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and Aruban this resort was. Rooms are lovely and some are big enough to fit 2 adults and 3 kids. Beach was beautiful white sand and calm waters to wade in. Although this is not an all-inclusive resort, the prices were reasonable. Looking forward to adding this to my list for families and adults!

Radisson Blu is just steps away from Palm Beach and a wonderful option for families or groups that are budget minded. 2 nice size pools, spacious rooms with kitchenettes and a 5 minute walk to the beach along with shops, bars and restaurants.
I didn't think I would like not being on the beach but I don't mind at all! It's truly is a great little gem

Another little fact about my new destination:
Clue #2: 20% of this island is home to dramatic coastlines, natural bridges, and one of the island’s best natural features: the Natural Pool. Known to locals as “Conchi,” the pool is a pristine, secluded swimming hole protected by a wall of volcanic rock.
Although I just returned from Croatia, I have another trip coming up in 5 days to a country that I have never visited before!

Clue #1: this is an island nation where inhabitants speak a minimum of 4 languages

It's National Beach Day!
Today I'm celebrating in Opatija, Croatia on this extremely HOT day. Luckily, these great beach chairs have their own shade built in. What a luxury!!

Did you know that Vrbnik has the Narrowest Street in the World?! Luckily, we squeezed through just fine. 😉
The streets of Vrbnik do NOT disappoint! Twists and turns with wine shops, souvenir shops and art shops along the way. But don't forget your non-skid shoes...like me😉

Today we visited Trsat Kaštel with amazing views overlooking Rijeka. We come here every year to catch our breath and get a glimpse of the beautiful city. With bright blue skies, you can see for miles and it's totally worth it.

Summer is ending?? NO WAY!
