Welcome to the beautiful Towns Chalet located in Sky Valley Resort in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. Sky Valley is a resort community that is situated in a beautiful mountain valley surrounding a 12 acre lake and it contains an 18-hole championship golf course, a 9-hole golf course, It is the highest course in Georgia and in the summer it is significantly cooler than courses elsewh

ere in the state. In 2007 a major renovation and redesign was completed and this transformed Sky Valley into a championship course. The first thing visitors notice, are the lush textures of the new Sky Valley Country Club course. 500 yards were added to the courses length which is now almost 7,000 yards. With 5 sets of tees the course is enjoyable for every level of player. There are many hiking trails, most people come to Sky Valley simply to enjoy the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains as well as local unique shopping in Highlands North Carolina which is about a 15 minute drive from The Towns Chalet. There is a list of fun things to do throughout the year, fishing, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, zip line, panning for Gems, hiking, wine tours, skiing at nearby Maggie Valley, sledding at Scaly Mountain or just sit and relax on the deck of the Towns Chalet and enjoy the beautiful scenery and nature. The Dillard House (www.dillardhouse.com) located in Dillard Georgia about 10 minutes or less down the hill from the Towns Chalet, The Country Cupboard (www.dillardgeorgia.com/cupboard-cafe) in Dillard Georgia. Located in Highlands NC are, The Ugly Dog Pub http://www.theuglydogpub.com/Welcome.html, Pizza Place of Highlands, Sweetreats http://www.sweetreats.com/, Bistro on Main http://www.mainstreet-inn.com/bistro-hours-menu/bistro-on-main.htm, Pescados Highland Burritto's http://www.pescados-highlands.us/, Ristorante Paoletti (www.paolettis.com) , Wolfgangs On Main (www.wolfgangs.net), Madison's Restaurant (www.madisonscuisine.com), and On The Verandah (www.ontheverandah.com). The Towns Chalet does not allow smoking inside. Minimum age limit to rent The Towns Chalet is 25

Renter's will be 100% responsible for anything that is lost, damaged, stolen, as well as damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to chewing, scratching, digging and unreported housetraining accidents. Renter's will be charged a $50 fee, for lost or unreturned house key. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement indicating that they understand and assume responsibility for any such damage. As well as indication that they understand and adhere to the policies set forth
