More snow coming our way!
Be safe out there ❄️⛄️

Lake effect snow is set to intensify late this afternoon through Thursday, bringing heavy snowfall, snow-covered roads, and gusty winds of 25 to 30+ mph. This will create possible whiteout conditions and hazardous travel, especially during this evening and Thursday morning’s commutes. Total snow accumulation in the northwest snowbelts are expected to be 8-12 inches, with some areas possibly exceeding 24 inches by Thursday evening.

We are right in Northern Michigan’s snowbelt ❄️⛄️

You guessed it... more lake effect snow today into Monday. Lake effect snow bands will continue to intrude into northern Michigan, which could lead to quick drops in visibility if traveling into one. Some areas could see an additional foot of snow by Monday morning.
