Exciting changes are coming to Main Street! 🚧

Starting this week, Downtown Vancouver’s Main Street is getting a big upgrade! The Main Street Promise Project will reimagine the street, sidewalks, and lighting to improve safety, foster community, and boost local businesses.

🛠️ What to Expect:
Construction will happen in phases, focusing on two blocks at a time to reduce disruptions. Pedestrian and vehicle access will remain open outside active work zones!

🔎 January Highlights:
12th to 15th Streets: Construction has kicked off with sewer, water, street, and sidewalk upgrades (Jan–May). Intersections and sidewalks will stay open!
5th to 6th Streets: Later in January, utility upgrades will start here, with sidewalks and intersections remaining accessible.

In January 2025, construction will begin to improve Main Street in downtown Vancouver from 5th Street to 15th Street. We are investing in making

The Moulton Falls bridge has been reopened after a closure to restore the iconic wood bridge! All trails and areas of the park are open. This 387-acre park, at the confluence of the East Fork of the Lewis River and Big Tree Creek, features two waterfalls and an arch bridge more than three stories high. 🌲

40 minutes away from Downtown Vancouver lies all 387 acres of Moulton Falls, home to Cedar Creek Grist Mill and right along the banks of the Lewis River.
