Restrained Leather Leather is our Lifestyle. Custom designed and custom made leather products. Restrained Leather’s veteran leatherworkers personally handcraft each leather item.

With over 35 years of experience and having hand stitched more than 10 thousand feet of leather, our senior leatherworker is very familiar with this medium both as a craft and as art. He first became interested in general leatherworking in 1974. Next, he began recovering military saddles. Some of his reconstructed saddles were used in recent historical movies. The leather for each item is hand cut

and then each piece is carefully assembled by hand to create the best possible end result. Since leather and wood are natural products, each piece will be slightly different. This uniqueness adds to the beauty of the piece. We are always interested in creating custom items and will be happy to discuss options available if you wish something other than what you can see on line.
