Eva Julien & Associates : Virtual Assistants We are virtual assistants that love to help with the tasks that you don't love to do! We'll be posting a variety of tasks and some fun stuff too!

Are there some tasks that you don't have time to do or really dislike doing and don't have anyone to delegate them to? Call us -- we'd love to help! Here is a short list of some of the things we have done:

- Taking meeting minutes, typing and distributing them (we have a clever way of doing this one!)
- Tracking sales follow-ups (we have someone that loves making cold calls!)
- Answering phone ca

lls / emails and scheduling response time into your calendar (we have a calendar guru on staff!)
- Planning events and keeping lists of "to-do's" (we have project management skills and certification!)
- Proofreading and correcting documents (we have a word-nazi on staff!)
- Posting to your page on a daily basis (we have the Facebook Queen!)
- Gift suggestions, online sourcing, and delivery for clients, spouse, children, in-laws, ex-laws! (we ALL love to shop!)
- ... and our list goes on! Whether its for three hours a week or three hours a day - we are there (but physically here!) when you need us. We love to use our skills, experience, education, creativity, and passion to help you.
