Quick service dining tips:

1) Leave Magic Kingdom and head to a monorail resort for lunch to avoid the mid-day crowds.

2) Get water to drink and then substitute a pastry (ask a cast member if what can be substituted).

3) Use a your kid's quick service credits on an adult meal and split it. Then you can have another quick service later or trade it in for 3 snacks.

4) Don't forget, adult beverages are included on the dining plan where available.

Pro tip: Pack bags of snacks for the parks to keep kids occupied in lines. (Or for when they're "starving" at the most inconvenient times.)

Bonus: If you have the dining plan, give these to the kids and use their snack credit for yourself a venti drink with extra espresso at Starbucks.

It's International Coffee Day! To celebrate, I want to share some fun Walt Disney World coffee facts!

- There is a Starbucks in each of the 4 Disney theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, & Hollywood Studios) so you'll never be without your coffee fix

- Most Starbucks beverages are included as a snack credit on the Disney Dining Plan (even a Venti Java Chip Frappuccino with 2 extra shots of espresso!)

- Starbucks Westside in Disney Springs serves beer & wine

- Looking for something different? There are also Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Kiosks in Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and in many resorts. Besides coffee, they serve massive doughnuts and specialty cocktails!

- And for a little more adult fun, head over to La Cava de Tequila at the Mexico pavilion in Epcot for a Coffee Mezcal Margarita
