Cosmo..... this place has a very special space in my heart. Almost 9 years ago we got married in Vegas and also stayed in Cosmopolitan.

Here is my review of this property, in case you are also looking to stay here:

Rooms - (we are staying in 1 bedroom suite). Spacious, clean with luxury linens and very comfy beds. This hotel has balconies in the rooms ( very rare find in Vegas) and offer fountain views.
Our room category also has a bathtub with a view as well. Beside mini bar fridge there is also one empty fridge for you to store your personal food and drink items. ( this is also a rare find )

Service in this hotel is outstanding. Every person that works here is so accomodating and nice! All our requests were fulfilled very quick with 0 problems.

There is 2 pools in this hotel and a dayclub. The Boulvard pool that we visited was nice. Great views, amazing food and drink service. The water in a pool was cold though, but counting how hot it is outside, it was a great way to refresh.

Zuma restaurant is a must! So delicious!

FYI FLIGHT TIPS!!!!!!
Make sure you save this post and share with those who are planning their trips on their own 😉⬇️

👉Know the difference between “direct” and “nonstop” flights.
Unlike non-stops, direct flights can touch down at other airports on the way to their ultimate destinations. And while stops are built in to the total travel time, the potential delays they can cause aren’t.

👉Make sure you buy your ticket under the exact name that appears on your ID.
It might seem obvious to you that Betsy is a nickname for Elizabeth, but it may not to a skycap, a desk agent, or a security officer―any of whom could ask you to show ID with that name before boarding.

👉Select your seats ASAP.
Other passengers might be able to nab those seats 24 hours before the flight, when they’re made available to everyone through the airline’s website so choose your seat.

👉Get to your gateway city as early as you can.
Since delays stack up as the day progresses, it’s smart to book the first flight you can into a hub [if you have a connecting flight].”

👉Double-check foreign document requirements.
Some countries―like Chile, Kenya, and India―require a visa for entry; others, like South Africa, won’t allow entrance unless a traveler’s passport contains at least two blank, unstamped pages. You need to be aware of such requirements before you make your flight reservations or you could get stuck Stateside, according to a source at the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs.

Or the best advice is - use a Travel advisor, to be bale to avoid all possible hiccaps !

Everything you need to know

First of all - keep in mind that 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 share one territory, which means no matter where you stay - you are able to use facilities of both properties.

The property is relatively big, and the Golf carts that are driving around can take you to where you are planning to go.

𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬 are nice size, clean, very well maintained with great amenities.
The only thing you need to be aware of - is their old TV's in some rooms - but who watches tv on vacation :)
Swim out rooms connected with a main pool, and you can even swim to swim-up bar

If you are staying in basic section of the resort - the 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 is available but for extra charge. Platinum section has 24 hour room service included.

𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 is good for the price point of the property. Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also for Lunch there is a snack place at the beach and some other locations. A-la cart restaurants for dinner require reservation. My personal recommendation - restaurant 𝐋𝐚 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐮𝐫 - so delicious and amazing service!

Multiple bars through out the resort. Keep in mind - resort does not give you straws for your drinks. ( would be a good idea to bring your own reusable one)

𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in the resort is nice, some pools are pretty active, multiple shows at the evening as well as a nice night club. I would say that this is a fun resort for the whole family. Not that quiet, even though you definitely can find quiet places if you wish so.

𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 - tend to get seaweed at some sections. I was there during seaweed season and one side of the beach was pretty bad, the other one had some seaweed on a shore line but the rest was clear. So looks like those who want to enjoy some beach time will be able to find some good spots for swimming.

𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 at the property are nice, big, with some sections with bubbles :) but not heated.

𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 - this is an upgraded section of the property that is catering to families with kids. And here what extras come with it:
- access to one extra restaurant
- ice-cream shop
- access to small water park with baby lounge beds and a playground
- access to a separate kids club
- ability to use resort owned small push cars for a child and strollers to move around the property
- swim out rooms at this section have a pool door with a lock for a safety purpose. No age restrictions for that reason to stay in this room category.
- kids size robes and slippers in a room as well as small gifts for the little ones.

𝐌𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧:
I loved this property!!!
For the money you pay - you get so much in value!!!!
Can highly recommend it to my clients!

Such a productive day, attended an event and learned about 2 beautifull resort on an amazing islands Bonaire and Curacao.

Kontiki Beach Resort Curacao - this property is mostly for adults , young people who loves to party - there is 4 beach clubs on the property area. Beautiful grounds, salt water pools, brand new suites with private pools and so much more!

Harbour Village Beach Club in Bonaire - divers paradise, marina on property, sknorkeling right of the beach. The best resort on the island.

𝐋𝐚𝐬 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐬 - time to answer some of the questions i have received and share my feedback

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝?

- 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐫𝐚𝐝 - located at the end of the strip - pretty far from fountains and most LV attractions. Brand new property, great very clean and well maintained rooms.
Me and my husband have traveled a lot lately and we both agreed that this resort has the best robes we have ever seen.
- Beautiful lobby and a lot of nice restaurants. We found the concept of their Famous Foods Street Eats was pretty cool, with a lot of food choices ( if you are there make sure to order Beef Brisket at Blood Bros
- There is a secret place called - Kitty Kitty Vice Den Speakeasy bar - it is located at Famous Foods Street Eats, and you will need to know the password to get in :).

In general i would recommend this resort to my clients and would consider staying there again as well!

𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬:

During our short trip we were lucky enough to visit and experience 2 different shows, and here is my feedback:

- 𝐎™ 𝐛𝐲 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐝𝐮 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐢𝐥® located at Bellagio resort - the reason why we decided to chose it - is because it is rated as one of the best LV shows for years! Well ..... it was nice - very artful, spectacular stage work and acrobatic. However in my personal opinion the show i have seen 8 years ago that had pretty much the same concept called "Le Rêve" was slightly better. ( unfortunately this show is discontinued). I have to mention that "Le Rêve" was my first ever Las Vegas show experience, so maybe that's why it impressed me more. But YES< i would definitely recommend this show!

- 𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞 - playing on the forecourt of Caesars Palace - intoxicating cocktail of adult circus, burlesque and vaudeville. This show is 18+ Performance was amazing, the show was fun, jaw dropping acrobatics! I personally didn't wanted this show to end. Disclaimer: if you are not ready to hear VERY DIRTY jokes - don't go - this show is not for you!

- "𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐬 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐬" 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 - you will need an Uber or Taxi to get there. Something we didn't expect is that there was a decent line there.... just be ready to wait.

For every travel advisor it is very important to invest in personal training and development to stay up to date with the industry news.

I can confidently say that one of the best investments i have made in 2022 - was investment in attending ASCEND conference!

So much value:

✅We got to learn newest marketing strategies
✅We got to see so many different properties and learn what is new - plus counting that i was on a culinary FAM - try some of the best dishes and drinks that Cancun has to offer! Now we know which resorts will be a great fit for our foodie clients!
✅We got to meet our industry partners and discuss how to better serve our mutual clients
✅ And off course we had fun learning!

Some key highlights of the event -

✅ We had a chance to make some macaroons with a chef in Secrets the Vine
✅ We tasted delicious steak with black caviar in La Casa De La Playa ( visiting the property itself was another huge highlight, as in my opinion it is one of the top LUXURY All inclusive in the area)!
✅ We tasted some samples of molecular cuisine in Azul Beach Riviera Cancun
And so much more!!!!!

Now i am back home, ready to help my clients plan vacations of their dreams. So looking forward for the event next year!

Will share with you a little bit about the resort i was lucky to stay at for the pat few days - Lopesan Costa Bavaro

The property is located in Bavaro Beach, Punta Cana - about 20 min away from PUJ airport.
Hotel was opened at 2019, so it is definitely one of the newest properties in the area.

There is 1042 rooms in the hotel - they are divided into 3 sections - regular rooms, Unique ( upgraded services, and better location) and Adults Only section. Swim out rooms are also available in each section and they are outstanding!

There is total 7 pools in the resort area, including Adults only pool.
10 great restaurants, 16 bars, 2 beach clubs, spa and a water park.

The beach at the resort is beautiful. Very calm and clear. It tends to get some seaweed, but the resort stuff is doing its best to clean it and maintain it at its best.

There is a lot of palm trees on the beach and palapas - people absolutely don't have to worry about finding some spot in the shade. Also there is plenty of space for everyone and resort never feels crowded.

What i personally love about this resort - is their Boulevard - an area that looks like a shopping mall and really feels like as well. Here you can find bowling and arcade room, Coffee Shop with delicious coffee drinks and amazing atmosphere, Casino, pretty cool night club, pub, sports bar, spa, huge and very impressive gym, theater, wine tasting room and so much more.

What i found unique at this property - that most of those places are open pretty late - some are all the way until 3.00 AM. So there is for sure stuff to do all day long and even night!

Resort has a lot to offer for kids as well. Beside mentioned earlier bowling and arcade room - there is a very nice kids and teen clubs, amazing waterpark, ice cream cafe, and a splash zone for the little ones.

My personal recommendation : make a reservation for a dinner in their french restaurant, get dressed up and enjoy the amazing atmosphere and their delicious food!

In general it was an amazing stay, i am for sure bringing my family back here!
