We pulled this next one off in two long nights after the crowds were gone. Hayden's Lakefront Grill in Tualatin, OR had some old carpet that dated the restaurant and simply needed to go. The owners wanted something easier to maintain and something that might help change the mood a bit. We decided on a charcoal floor with a brown accent. We removed the carpets, stripped the mastic, ground the floors, applied a few coloring products, three coats of sealer, and three coats of wax in 24 hours. The results are magnificent. Anyone interested in seeing the floor should plan a breakfast, lunch, or dinner there sometime. Great food and amazing views/atmosphere.

700 sq/ft patio project poured and troweled smooth for a beautiful outdoor getaway. We are returning in 28 days after the concrete cures to apply an acid reactive stain and two coats of solvent sealer. More pictures to follow!

Just finished sealing an epoxy chip floor system for a customer just east of Bend. This customers applied his own epoxy and chips and did a great job! After he finished the first step in the process he decided he would see what it would take to have the professionals come in an apply the top coat for him. At over $100/gallon for product and limited working time the customer thought this would be a good idea. He had us apply two coats of polyurethane over his floors and the results were magnificent. He parks a few classics in this garage and one new sweet Mercedes. Thanks for you business!

Well it's official. Definitive Construction has been in business for one year! We spent our first and second quarter in the Portland market and had a blast doing it. Projects consisted of painting, concrete staining, and much more on both residential and commercial facilities. The second half of the year was spent in the Central Oregon market. We are developing many new relationships and providing high quality products to all of our customers. Let's hope 2015 is just as strong as the first! Thank you all for your support this first year.

While being on the market a home needs to look its best in every aspect. With the initial impression being that of a dirty mossy driveway it was in need of a little cleaning. We removed all moss and treated with a cleaner to ensure it stays away for some time. We believe that first impressions mean a lot when it comes to buying a home. We are experts at giving a buyer something positive to come and leave with.

A full exterior remodel! And what a remodel it was. This is a beautiful home on 44 acres 10 minutes east of Bend. The homeowners thought the original look wasn't quite good enough for the surrounding. We removed all fascia, corbels, window trim, and front deck and updated them all. We went bigger and more classy on all of the wood around the home. We followed that up with natural stone veneer on the front of the home as well as adding a beautiful planter with stone on that as well. After the stone was complete, we chose colors and did an exterior repaint. The home went from a simple subtle look and took on the look of something truly custom. Beautiful..

Prepping and retaining wall footers done on this custom backyard in Bend, OR. We will be doing approximately 260 sq/ft of pavers with tastful steps, retaining walls, decorative lighting, and a 6ft wide by 9ft tall natural gas fireplace as a centerpiece. New home with garage needing good protection. This garage sees a lot of abuse from toys, dirt, snow, oil, etc. We did a mechanical grind to make sure we get proper adhesion of our floor coating. Just a solid color was done on this floor for a simple yet elegant look. The floor can have dirty oil sitting on it for a month and all it needs is a quick wipe and the oil is gone. No penetration=No stain.

We were contacted about this project as a byproduct of our work at Club Sport. One of their customers saw the newly updated floors and wanted us to do the same for them. The gloss really brings out the character on this beautiful stamped patio.

The spec home with a beautiful main level! Imagine walking into this home everyday after work! The customer wanted something fitting of the new modern contemporary home. Tile just wasn't going to do it on this one. We removed all existing sealer from the original pour and installed multiple coats of water based sealer to give the floors a dark and deep industrial look. These floors are now the favorite feature of the home! Nailed it..

Hidden village apartments came to us with a problem last summer. Their laundry room was in need for new washers and dryers desperately. The problem was putting these new appliances over the existing floor seemed silly. The floor had been coated four times with low quality products and no floor prep. We mechanically stripped the entire floor and installed an industrial solid color system with easy and low cost maintenance. The new look was perfect!

This was a neat project for us. The customer has been in the process of remodeling a home in SE Portland and didn't want the normal tile, carpet, or hardwood in the basement. They wanted something more bold and unique. We decided on an acid reactive stain following a full 25 grit grind to remove all old glue, stains, spills, etc. They now have a one of a kind long lasting concrete stained floor.

Being a general contractor means we know just about all the trades on the job, and windows are just one of those many trades. On this project we updated four windows on the front of a duplex in Oregon City. The old windows were horribly inefficient so it was time for a change!

Standard spring cleaning on this one. Moss and grime removal ready for the sun! With our commercial equipment and process these results were achieved in 15 minutes. A standard 3 car driveway can be pressure washed to perfection in under an hour.

This project started off as a pressure wash and seal of a large driveway in Oregon City. The customers liked the work so much, they decided to have us paint the home and seal all of the brick for a new vibrant and elegant look. The home looks great!

We were referred to Club Sport in Tigard from our finished product at Century Hotel. They saw our work and wanted us to do the same for them. We followed a similar process of preparation. We then applied an acid reactive stain and two coats of solvent based sealer for a seamless finish. Their customers were in awe!

Century Hotel in Tualatin, Oregon. We removed the old sealer and pressure washed the surface in preparation for the new acid stain. We stained each simulated stone individually for a realistic appearance. The project was sealed with two coats of a solvent sealer for longevity. They loved it!
