Hello Jeremy; I want to thank you for being so helpful in resolving that thorny baggage issue upon my arrival in italy. Your effort was heroic, and the results were near miraculous. With your help in setting things out right, I went on to have a really great trip from start to finish, due in large part to your expert arrangements. You are very good at what you do, and thank you for helping me.
I never did meet up with Alessandro again after that episode, and please also pass on my thanks and appreciation for his heroic effort as well!
