"Great stay on 30A! The townhouse was beautiful, fully stocked, clean, and in a great location (short walk to pool and Big Chill). Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the back deck. We took the golf cart to the beach (Santa Clara location) and also enjoyed the gorgeous pool almost every day. Dawn was very responsive and a wonderful host. We had a stellar vacation and can't wait to come back!"

Great place!! 100% would recommend to anyone. I went for a girls trip and it was close to Seaside, Rosemary, and Watercolor so it was great for a groups of friends. Multiple beach accesses and restaurants within golf cart driving distance so it’s great for families too- and it wasn’t over crowded at all. The place itself was beautiful, clean and looked just like the pictures (maybe even better)! Will absolutely be recommending this area for our next family vacation!

Our pool is heated the months of March/April, and October/November. Features include zero entry up to 5 ft depths, fountains, space for up to 80 in the pool, a variety of seating options including shaded gazebos, and a grilling area. A small fitness room and restrooms are located at the pool. Come and enjoy with us this Fall!
