Nantucket Rental Available for rent: Nantucket vacation homes! Bike path across the street; public transportation within a three minute walk. Inquire about off season rates.

We have three Nantucket rental properties: a 6 bed/3 bath home located at 94 Surfside Road, a 1 bed/1 bath cottage in Sconset at 13 Bank Street (Codfish Park) and a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage at 36R Vestal Street. Surfside house:
Perfect for any get together: Charming 6 bedroom/3 bath home (sleeps 12) plus an outdoor shower, located near Surfside Beach. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles.

Summer rate 2021: $6,800/week plus $300 cleaning fee. The 'Sconset cottage:

Located at 13 Bank Street, in the Codfish Park area of 'Sconset. The cottage has 1 king bedroom and one bath as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a pullout sleep sofa and outdoor patio and shower. The ocean is 250 feet from the house. There is off street parking for one vehicle. Summer rate 2020: $3,400/week plus $120 cleaning fee. The Vestal Street cottage

Sleeps a maximum of 6. 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double and 1 twin/trundle). It has 1.5 baths, an outdoor shower and parking for 1 vehicle. It is approximately a 12 - 15 minute (.6 miles) walk to the Murray's Toggery Shop on Main Street. The house is newly furnished and refinished. For availability, email Janet at [email protected]

The 94 Surfside property has a tiny owner's cottage (the 'lil house) - we rent it on a very limited basis.

Ahead of tomorrow's summer reservation opening on the Nantucket route, we wanted to let our customers know that less than a third of our vehicle space remains available to book following our bulk freight period and Head Start reservations for island residents. Please plan alternative travel dates now and use our wait list feature to try and improve your travel times. Remember you must book a trip first before you can be added to the wait list.
If you can’t get your travel dates, we offer convenient parking lots in Hyannis and Falmouth. Catch our free shuttle to the dock and travel without a car to the islands, where you can use public transit, taxi or rideshare to get to your destination.

You can make vehicle reservations on the Steamship Authority website beginning Thursday, February 8 at 8 AM. Check the Steamship authority website for more information.
