We're having a great time in the Kruger at the moment. It's green and lush and alive with everything that is beautiful.
The birding, as always, did not disappoint. A few highlights included African Green Pigeon, African Pygmy Kingfisher, African Scops Owl, Arnot's Chat, European Nightjar and Woodland Kingfisher.

Great sighting of a very obliging Olive-tree warbler with an interesting story in the Kruger National Park.

The Olive-tree warbler leaves its breeding ground in southern Europe every year, and flies to Southern Africa for the northern winter.
This specific bird return each year to Leeupan in Kruger and it’s always good seeing the bird( an old friend) every year. Having this beauty pop out in the open and sing was awesome!

Live from the field - Enjoying an abundance of very special sightings on our current safari in the Kruger National Park.

Just as we left Punda Maria yesterday, we came across a pack of beautiful African Wild dogs with pups and this morning we were treated with an incredible Leopard sighting near Shingwedzi. Kruger at its best!
