For your order to be processed on any day, your order must be placed by 12:00pm. Eudoia Gifts Baskets reserves the right to aulter
same day cut off deliveries ALL holiday periods. Any orders placed on or during any holidays will be delivered up to 2 business days later Some exception may apply eg: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day. Incorrect Address:
All orders must be complete with correct address, city. Eudoia Gifts & Baskets will NOT be responsible for any orders that were delivered late or to a incorrect address. We will deliver to the address provided.
*A $15.00 fee will be added to your bill on a bad address supplied. this fee will be applied whenever there is not the correct address,postal code,city, apartment number. As well if there is no recepiant at the address provided to collect the order.
*Claims or requests for refunds on gifts due to bad address will NOT be honored.
*Claims for late deliveries dued to missing apartment numbers or incorrect information will NOT be honord. Sunstitute:
At Eudoia Gift Baskets we will make every possible effort to fill all orders exactly as specified by the customer. However in any event that we are out of stock we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value and different color without prior notice. NOTE: All flower arrangements will also be substituted in any event that we are not in stock with the requested item and color we reserve the right to substitute of equal or greater value without prior noctice.
