29 talented chefs from Australia and New Zealand battled it out for the coveted prize: a FREE trip to Spain to represent our continent in the 7th World Tapas Competition. 🇪🇸🌍

And the winner is none other than Edna Tunc, hailing originally from Turkey and working her culinary magic at the Cordis Hotel in Auckland. 🏆👩‍🍳

Congratulations to Naomi on completing her culinary arts internship in Spain! It's impressive that she overcame various challenges and excelled as one of the youngest interns. Starting at Trigo, a Michelin-starred restaurant, and then moving on to Maralba, a two Michelin-starred restaurant, must have been an incredible experience. Learning from renowned chefs Victor Martin and Fran Martinez undoubtedly enriched her culinary skills. Now, she can soar to new heights in her culinary journey!

After 11 months another of our students has graduated. has been an example of perseverance, effort and work that have led him to leave his mark in the three restaurants in which he has been trained. He goes home with the experience of 7 Michelin stars and some of the best restaurants in the world. We are sure that his professional career will be a success and will make us feel proud to have had him as a student

Despues de 11 meses se ha graduado otro de nuestros estudiantes. We always try to make our interns to be as confortable as possible. When you are in a foreign country sometimes is hard to find your way, specially in a different language. Here is an example. We just posted our last video to help foreign people to get from Madrid Airport to Valladolid by bus. Seems easy but it can be tricky when you come from abroad, specially after a long flight!!

We have enjoyed gastronomic trips with new friends and we have continued to take Spanish gastronomy to different corners around the world. For all this we want to thank you and wish you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous and gastronomic 2023.
