The Eastern part of India is fertile, mysterious and still untouched by the impact of over tourism. A stay at the restored boutique hotels in the countryside of Bengal is an opportunity to visit and experience this area at your pace and interest. There are tribal cultures to be seen, traditions to be experienced, food to be savored and rural vignettes to be photographed.

Pench National Park in Central India, named after a river that cuts through the heart of the jungle and creates a dramatic setting with large boulder like rocks, dotted with teak and ancient varieties of fig trees.

And for those who have not had a chance to experience the spectacular beauty of the Taj Mahal, we've added an extension to the end of this tour.

As part of our culinary experience in Cappadocia we spent the afternoon with .chef.inspire at learning about the local ingredients foraged in the area. We enjoyed an amazing lunch with wine pairings. It was a fantastic culinary experience!

A popular highlight on our culinary tours to Turkey is a private tour of the Güllüoğlu Baklava factory in Istanbul. We get to experience how the dough is created and rolled so incredibly thin before being layered in a pan with freshly ground pistachios or walnuts. It’s then baked and finished with a sugary water bath. Our visit ends in their flagship storefront and restaurant with an endless variety of sweet and savory samples. 🇹🇷 🧿🥰
