Lighten Up by our pal Conner who showed us his unique, but very effective method of getting into a high hammock yesterday. “Sometimes you want to have some room below you, to avoid critters and such” said Conner. We’ve been out testing out all our adventure gear and practicing our camp setups in the lead up to our first adventure in Yosemite from October 3 - 7, and we are thrilled with the results! We’ve created a camp village with a surprising amount of creature comforts and a great vibe. Can’t wait to share some more pics and videos very soon!

Our ultralight tents, sleeping mats, bags and pillows won’t weigh you down on the trails. And they’ve been chosen and tested for ultimate comfort. Our insulated, inflatable mats are double sized, filling the entire floors of your tent. Plenty of room for two to sleep comfortably, or one person to starfish! With state of the art cross-cut memory foam pillows, and fluffy, comforter style sleeping bags, we aim to provide you with a sleep so comfortable you’ll think you’d spent the night in your favorite bed! And all our tents have built in LED lighting, so you can read in bed or locate your gear at night. ☺️😴

We’ll set the dates for our upcoming Norwegian adventure very soon! We’ll be hiking and exploring some of the most stunning parts of the West coast of Norway. It’s an almost surreally beautiful region. This is is an Active Comfort Plus adventure, so we’ve sourced cabins exclusive to Lighten Up, along with surprising activities and gourmet meals highlighting local produce. Like all of our adventures, groups are a maximum of 8 people, and your entire adventure is all-inclusive. Our first adventure is on for May 17 - 20! Our Backcountry Yosemite Adventure is a four day hiking & camping expedition and we’ll explore some of the amazing, lesser known trails just outside of the main park, along with some highlights from inside the valley. The adventure includes guided rock climbing (all levels from beginner to advanced), guided by and a top local climbing guide. We’re also partnering with our good pals at to offer a Monday afternoon skydiving session (or scenic flight over Yosemite) for anyone who wants to stay on an extra night on the 20th. Like all our adventures, it’s all-inclusive (apart from the optional skydiving add-on) with absolutely everything supplied – all ground transportation, your premium lightweight backpack, tent, bedding, three gourmet meals each day – and your entire adventure is photographed by , so you’ll leave with a thumb drive filled with stunning, personalized images and videos. We’ve only got a couple of places left for our Backcountry Yosemite Adventure, so DM us for more info! 🌅
