Hola! We’ve been taking a break at at travel conference in Mexico. The sun, the food and atmosphere are getting us recharged and ready for a successful food tour season. We can’t wait to bring tours back to you this summer!

It has been a long haul this darn pandemic. We have dusted ourselves off and want to announce that Niagara Culinary Tours will be returning to what we do best. Starting late spring we will be having regularly scheduled culinary tours. Some things will look a bit familiar and other things will be brand new. Lots of news to follow. Stay tuned! We have missed you!

We certainly have missed enjoying some classic barbecue. We had dinner last night and heard about a pretty epic trip that curated. Imagine Spain, Italy, Greece and Egypt. The Tales of Silk Road sauce was the right amount of sweet and mouth watering just like bbq should be.

We had a wonderful first time visit last night. Dining along the canal with the harvest moon’s glow. Swapping travel stories with friends made for a perfect evening. Looking forward to returning soon to try a few more things.
