BFSIR continues to lead DFW in the digital space. Their estimate on average visitors is actually low. We reach 60-100k monthly visitors and over 500,000 page views per month.

New shifts in how real estate businesses reach their clients show us that "old school" advertising and marketing are still valid. There's evidence Dallas Realtors have given up trying digitally.

Buyers are having to act quickly to get the house they want and a tight inventory of homes for sale has led to a resurgence of price increases and multiple-offer situations.

On Friday, the Atlanta Board of Realtors reported 3,993 finalized home sales in March, up 13.8% from a year earlier. The San Antonio Board of Realtors reported a 17% sales gain in that span, and the Realtor association in Washington, D.C., disclosed a 5.7% gain in sales of single-family homes.
