Shawn O’Drain has been the manager at Angelina’s since 2015 and on staff much longer. He was kind enough to welcome us into the kitchen to discuss the reopening. He shared that the staff is like a family with multiple generations working there. So many in the community came together to help get Angelina’s back up and running to continue their beloved traditions and serve the menu we’ve all come to love.

So I always get asked. “Why did you name your business Kismet”? Kismet means “fate”; or “meant to be”. Fourteen years ago it was fate that originally brought me to 30A. I fell in love with the area and, when we purchased our first property it felt like “Kismet” was the perfect name.
