Our renovated Victorian townhouse is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the heart of Stamford. We provide a comfortable, cosy, home from home with high quality furnishings & fittings, including White Company bedlinen, & space for all guests to relax. Outside the house has a secluded sunny seated terrace area and dining area for 4 people. With 2 reception rooms & a dining kitchen, our property is perfect for families, couples & business travellers alike.
The house provides 2 sitting rooms, one with Smart TV and one with workspace, a large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso Coffee Maker, large fridge freezer and microwave) with seating area for up to 6 people overlooking the courtyard garden. Upstairs is a large bedroom with UK king size bed, ample wardrobe and storage space and Smart TV (Netflix, catch up TV etc), a smaller UK double room again with plenty of storage space and Netflix TV, and newly tiled bathroom with bath and shower overhead. There are 2 free parking spaces directly at the front of the house and high speed broadband.
