It was such a pleasure to cook with my darling friend Alice again after so long. We cooked a middle Eastern feast as a fundraiser for West Cork Sudbury School .

Great cause, amazing music and lovely people!

The menu included:
A starter of dips; hummus, feta and Shatta (red pepper dip).

Mains:
'Fesenjoon' Walnut, aubergine and pomegranate stew
Falafel
Beetroot, yogurt and mint salad
Roasted cauliflower, quinoa and almond salad
Red cabbage and brussel sprouts salad
'Mujadeera' rice and lentils
