Covid 19 update
To all our guests please be assured that we are doing everything possible for you to enjoy a safe holiday in our caravan, our cleaning company have done all the covid 19 safety courses & have purchased a disinfectant figger. Our caravan will be disinfected and cleaned thoroughly before your arrival, We have adjusted our check-in time to 4pm to insure our highest cleaning standards are met . We advise our guests to supply there own hand sanitising and cleaning products
Due to government guidelines on social Distancing , Haven might not have all facilities open ,
Following government guidelines only one household maximum of 6 people can be in the van at any time. If found more than one household found to be in the van you will be asked to vacate immediately and no refund will be given. In the event the park gates are closed a full refund or change of date will be offered. A £100security deposit is taken on top of the price of your holiday, this is returned after your holiday once the caravan is found to be clean and damage free, but is non refundable if holiday is cancelled by hirer , By paying your deposit you are agreeing to our T&C’s. Availability is listed in 3 ,4 & 7 night stays, 14 ,night stays are available ,All stays begin on a Monday or a Friday. Full payment must be received 8 weeks before your holiday

STRICTLY NO BARBECUE, NO SMOKING OR FIRE PITS ON DECKING OR CLOSE TO CARAVAN
Hybrid cars are not to be charged at the caravan, There is a station on park for charging electric vehicles
1) All bookings made, whether orally or in writing, are subject to our ‘conditions of booking’. This applies regardless of whether or not these ‘conditions of booking’ have been received prior to making the booking. The hirer has an obligation to abide by our ‘terms & conditions of booking’ which are essential to good management and the enjoyment of others on the Park.
