Who: The NUTEKI Engineering Team is led by Paul Orr, P.E., DCI Chief Consultant. Paul is an educated and trained Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida, PE # 64898. A Civil/Structural Engineer by education, Paul has extensive experience in design and construction associated with properties. How: The Team draws on the required selective services of other Licensed Engineers, Licensed Contractors, and vendors as required to meet the manpower and knowledge requirement for the needs of our client. Services are available for quick & simple review of scope or as detailed as drawing, calculation, bid, evaluate, project manage.
