Dear Ella,

My sister Louise and I stayed at the Banyan Tree Bangkok and that was our “once in a lifetime” experience! And here we are, to thank you for that! I can’t remember the last time I went on holiday with my sister…ages ago, so this time we really wanted to spend some quality time together. First of all, we did not know what Mayakoba meant…. “village over the water”, what else could it mean after all? Indeed we came by boat and that really made us realize we were entering a whole different world: we were immediately greeted nicely and welcomed. What immediately struck us was the beautiful Thai architecture and aesthetic. As soon as we entered your hotel, we could not resist the temptation and treated ourselves to the Rainforest Indulgence at the spa: the massage was one of the things I will remember your hotel for! That left us feeling so relaxed, we hardly believed its magic! We felt like we were in heaven and everything smelled amazing! Your massage with essential oils is really the best and your masseuse had the hands of a goddess, increasing and decreasing the pressure as needed. My sister has had many massages before all over the world and she says this may have topped all of them.
Last but not least: she is thinking of Banyan Tree Mayakoba as a potential wedding venue for her daughter’s wedding☺ Which means, I will be back soon!

My husband and I just came back from our honeymoon at your Palais Namaskar Palais Namaskar and we truly felt blessed! We felt we were in a corner of paradise on earth! We had reserved a pool villa but, to our surprise when we arrived, your staff upgraded us to the Pool Palace: such a beautiful room and what a treat! Champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries were immediately delivered to our room. No wonder weddings are booked so frequently there!
Everything makes your mind, body and soul rediscover the joy de vivre and reboots your senses: we enjoyed being immersed in the atmosphere of the Arabian Nights☺
We liked the beautifully designed environment, the oriental touch of your design, enriched by European details: the mix that comes out is really remarkable. Your spa is wonderful and you spoiled us with your food and service.
We won’t forget the silence of the desert and our camel ride. Falling asleep under the stars of the hushed Sahara Desert is truly something else! Thanks for offering and organising such a remarkable experience in the middle of nowhere.
A special thank you to your staff who promptly satisfied our requests making us feel like Sherazade!
We already booked our next stay and we will be back to escape the big freeze in such a magical place!!!

Dear Ella,

My father John asked me to send you this card to for the wonderful time we all spent at Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol Seefeld in Tyrol. This time he decided to select himself the hotel where we celebrated his birthday last month and he is very proud of his choice! We have always spent our mountain holidays together, but it was the first time in Tyrol. Even the journey to reach your hotel was amazing through roads winding up the mountain and beautiful view of the Alps! We particularly enjoyed the activities and skiing in nearby Mösern and Seefeld that your hotel offers. We discovered the surroundings by walking on the well-prepared routes. There are also some nice langlauf-loipes: it was one among the highlights of this break and something my father and I had talked about for ages and thanks to you we finally managed to do it!
Our rooms too had an astonishing view. My father insists I specify that your spa and pool area are the biggest and nicest he has even seen!
We all appreciate you went the extra distance for us. We had a very early departure and in response to our request you provided a breakfast of pastries and coffee for us before breakfast start time. The staff was very motivated, friendly and charming and the service was warm and welcoming. The service and food in the restaurants and Wiener Kaffee were truly excellent.
We will come back!
