Well, my adventure is nowhere near as exciting as Karen and Oliver's, I have made the drive to Brive La Gaillarde and am sitting on the train destined for Bordeaux. Karen gets in (from her 14-hour bus ride!) in the middle of the night and we will then enjoy a lovely couple of days exploring the city.

My wife and I enjoyed a visit to Quezac and the Châtaigne et Cidre Fête (Chestnut and Cider Festival). Also an attached vide grenier, so that was fun, too!
