Vaccination Passports
So excited and grateful to be full-vaccinated as of today! This is going to be a requirement in order to visit many countries as we move forward.

Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts
In Fiji, one thing is for sure -- there will be singing! Whether you are arriving at a hotel, enjoying dinner by the beach, or boarding the boat to depart, the staff will sing to you. It is the most lovely, memorable, experience!

This week's hotel spotlight: Royal Davui private island resort in Fiji
This 16-suite, adults-only, private island retreat is all about "sustainable luxury". It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, unplug, and enjoy delicious (all-inclusive) local cuisine, gorgeous scenery and pampering service. We snorkeled, soaked in our private plunge pool, and cheered on the crab races in the evening (I am not kidding!) Can't wait to go back!

Coconut cracking in Fiji
A few interesting facts about coconuts (and a fun video of my coconut-cracking tutorial in Fiji):
- Falling coconuts kill approximately 150 people every year (10x the number killed by sharks)
- A single coconut tree can produce up to 180 coconuts each harvest
- Coconut palms grow in over 90 countries
- Cracking open a fresh coconut is harder than he makes it look, but the effort is worth it!
