A spirits client of ours has asked for additional help in the off-premise for holiday samplings in the Salem to Corvallis areas:

Liquor stores $120/3hr sampling event

Friday December 6th 4-7pm Salem
Friday December 13th 4-7pm Lebanon
Friday December 20th 430-730pm Salem
Friday December 20th 4-7pm Woodburn

Basic Requirements:
-Must be at least 21 years old with a current OLCC servers permit
-Previous in-store liquor demo experience preferred, bartender or server experience accepted
-Must be able to complete a short recap at end of shift and include required event photos, including day of check in photo to manager
-Must be able to relay key product information to consumers during demo and ask for the sale
-Must be able to stand for the entire duration of the shift, no sitting it allowed during the 3hrs
-Must have reliable personal transportation to and from stores and be able to safely bring your event supplies
-This work requires lifting cases of product must be able to bend, lift and stand with no issues
-All supplies provided by client; table, cups, product and giveaways
-Professional all black attire required, some products will have a branded shirt that will be provided by client

Year round work available for committed brand ambassadors in the area and new events added weekly.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, NOT AN EMPLOYEE POSITION, no benefits are offered at this time. The client will be operating on a bi-weekly pay schedule billing on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payment is made via Zelle, CashApp or Venmo only. An independent contractor agreement and W9 tax form are required to be filled out prior to working.

A brewery client of ours is ramping up their fall festivals and activations through the end of the year to focus on holiday cheer. They have a few events they need extra hands for in both the Portland metro area and sw Washington:

Saturday October 12th 2024
11a-730pm
Ilani Casino Oktoberfest
Ridgefield WA
$340 flat rate event pay

11am-12p Vendor check in and set up
12p-3p session 1
3-4pm VIP Only Hour
4-7pm session 2
7-730pm booth clean up

Volunteers from the casino and event will be available for you to take a 30min lunch during the slower vip session. Lunch time is paid, you are welcome to bring your own food or purchase your own meal at one of the food vendors at the festival. Food is not provided.

Requirements:
-Must be at least 21 years old
-Current Washington MAST permit to serve alcohol
-Must be able to stand for the entire duration of the above time frame
-Must be able to memorize key phrases from the brewery and notes on the products being served
-You will be providing samples for tokens to consumers who have purchased event tickets, must be comfortable pouring product from Kegs, Cans and Glass Bottles
-Cicerone Certified Beer Server is a huge +
-All black uniform with comfortable close toed shoes required by venue
-A branded shirt may be provided by client tbd
-Must be able to send check in photos via text to local manager and get a few photos of consumers with giveaways throughout the day

An IRS W9 tax form is required for payroll purposes. We pay via Venmo, Cashapp and Zelle only.
Payment for this event will be billed for on October 15th and paid out on Monday November 4th.

Our spirits client is looking to grow their outreach in the Off-premise in Portland down to Eugene Oregon areas for tastings through the end of the year. If you or someone you know is interested in committing to a program of great independent brands please reach out, we love your referrals!!

Portfolio of products will consist of Vodka, Flavored Whiskey and fun Liqueurs and will require a paid training to cover key selling points, ingredients and brand knowledge.

We have work as soon as August 9th and consistently every Friday and Saturday through December. Pay starts at $100/3hr demo with some drive time pay available for commutes to certain locations.

Some key cities with state liquor stores are Tigard, Milwaukie, Wilsonville, Sherwood, Portland metro, Woodburn, Salem, Corvallis, Philomath and Eugene. Some locations are pre scheduled while others are flexible and to be scheduled!

Requirements:
-Must be at least 21 years old with a current OLCC servers permit

-Basic demo supplies required; small demo table, black table cover. We provide the product to be sampled
-Must be able to complete short recap at end of shift and include required event photos, including day of check in photo

As our Premium Mixer Client grows their community outreach we are continuing to add to our roster for their work all over California with a focus on the greater LA and Orange County areas, San Diego county and a little in San Fran and the Bay Area.

Currently we have an opening outside the Thousand Oaks area for a 3 day special golf event:

Friday August 16th - 12pm shotgun to 4:15pm
Saturday August 17th – 9:30am shot gun to 4:30pm
Sunday August 18th – 9:30am shotgun to 1:30pm

*There may be some additional paid set up and take down time as well, please be flexible just in case needed, we will confirm more the week of*

Prefer someone who can work all hours all days
Pay is $35/hr

Requirement:
-Must be at least 21 years old due to nature of the event
-Must be able to stand for entire duration of the event
-Must be clean cut, polished and professional for work on a country club venue for this particular contract
-Prefer someone with previous experience working with premium brands in ultra premium venues
-Must be comfortable serving samples of the client beverage, ability to open and pour, keep area clean and tidy and product iced down
-Bottle opener needed in case venue forgets to supply one
-Must be able to lift cases of product and ice with no issues, move event set up pieces as needed
-Need someone who can handle all aspects of the special event with little to no supervision or direction
-Must be comfortable working outside at the venue, shade and provided coverings for tables is unknown at this time and will be confirmed if any week of
-W9 required for contractor payment
-Payment made through Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or Wellsfargo Business Payment System 2 business weeks after event recap is received
-Must be able to take event set up, consumer and product photos

-Uniform is golf attire preferred; skirt or shorts. Preferred color pallet of client is khaki, white, pastels, NO PRINTS, NO PATTERNS, NO DENIM, NO TANKTOPS. Features of event: Terranea’s restaurants and bar will showcase our clients proud partnerships by promoting our brand to the guests who attend with complimentary samples of flavors carried with the venue.

Parking: Validated by venue in guest parking areas if vendor provided area is full.

Pay: $32/hr, drive time may be available and can be discussed and confirmed upon interview/booking

Requirement:
-Must be at least 21 years old due to nature of the event
-Must be able to stand for entire duration of the event
-Breaks are paid, 2 15min and 1 30min for lunch and must have an event volunteer from the venue fill in while you are away from the booth
-Prefer someone with previous experience working with premium brands in ultra premium venues
-Must be comfortable serving samples of the client beverage, ability to open and pour, keep area clean and tidy and product iced down
-Must be able to lift cases of product and ice with no issues, move event set up pieces as needed

A premium non alcoholic mixer client of ours needs on-premise sales staff for a 2024 year long campaign in SoCal. With the launch of a new flavor and special packaging they need additional feet on the street bringing cold samples to your local bars and restaurants. A possible extension into 2025 may be available for the right candidates and busy markets!

Monthly flat rate pay starts at $2,500 (80hrs per month =$30/hr) for part time work. Some markets may have full time positions available as campaign grows each month and we review market needs and feedback. Please see below for areas we are hiring, looking to have additional sales people asap!
