GROUND TRANSPORTATION FINAL INSTRUCTIONS

SHUTTLES WILL BEGIN RUNNING TO THE MIAMI PORT FROM THE TWO HOST HOTELS, MARRIOTT BISCAYNE BAY AND DOUBLETREET HILTON BISCAYNE BAY AND THE MIAMI AND FORT LAUDERDALE AIRPORTS AT 10AM ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND.

If you are departing from the host hotels, you will simply catch a shuttle that is 30 minutes before your scheduled time to check-in with Royal Caribbean.

If you are departing from the airports, you will jump on a shuttle that is 30 minutes before your scheduled time to check-in with Royal Caribbean.

If you are arriving at the Miami Airport, you will follow the instructions below:
MIAMI AIRPORT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
GO TO THE South Parking Lot
1st Floor
Right across from Terminal J
Buses will have A Family Limousine & Power to Exhale Signs

If you are coming In on American Airlines, see below.
American Airlines will have to walk from the north to the south area in Miami.

If you are arriving at the Fort Lauderdale Airport, you will follow the instructions below:

Go to FORT LAUDERDALE AIRPORT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
GO Between Baggage Claim 1 & 2
Ground Level

On the return, buses will only run to the Fort Lauderdale Airport and the Miami Airport. There will be signs to tell you which bus is for Miami and which is for Fort Lauderdale.

SHUTTLES WILL NOT BE RUNNING BEFORE SEPTEMBER 2ND. and will only run to the two airports on SEPTEMBER 7TH.

2025 Caribbeanfest Music Festival – Aruba (land)

Registration opens today at 12 noon CST.

Six (6) different hotels

-1 Music Festival Plaza for concerts and comedy shows nightly and 1 funky good time!

The time is now to plan for your 2025 vacations. Let me organize a group trip for you and your crew.

The Experience.

There are a few things you should know before making your decision on this one:

1. The dates are August 28-September 1, 2025 (Thursday-Monday)

2. The trip is 5 days and 4 nights 1. You can get $300 per person off the pricing below for any hotel-no matter how many people are in the room-if you pay in full at the time of registration.

3. The price includes the following: The hotel room, Breakfast, (Barcelo Aruba and the Riu Palace are all food and all liquor), Taxes, Resort Fees and Gratuities, Admin Fees and Credit Card Fees.

4. This will be a music festival experience (similar to the Essence Festival) where guests will stay at different hotels and mostly do their own thing by day with concerts and comedy each night

5. There will be official CaribbeanFest on Land parties-like a day party and official after party

6. Artists will not be announced until September 6th on the 2024 CaribbeanFest Independence of the Sea

7. If you choose the monthly plan, The deposit is $149 per person and payments will begin August 1st or August 15th depending on when you register.

8. INVENTORY WILL BE LIMITED.

- Joia Aruba-is brand new opening in December (This is where I will stay) It's all suites but NOT all-inclusive Breakfast is included in the price (7 restaurants on property)

- Riu Palace-All inclusive-we hosted a retreat here beautiful property (All food and unlimited liquor included)

- Embassy Suites Aruba-Breakfast only included Typical Embassy Suites but on Eagle Beach Evening Cocktails include for a limited window

- Aruba Marriott Stellaris Resort & Casino Beautiful Marriott property on the beach Breakfast is included

- Renaissance Wind Creek Marina Hotel Beautiful property with beach with flamingos and its own private island Breakfast is included

- Barcelo Aruba Beautiful beachfront property is All inclusive (All food and unlimited liquor included)

REGISTRATION BEGINS FRIDAY, JULY 19TH AT 12NOON CST.

Unlike before the price includes the following: The cabin, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Daily, Taxes, Port Fees and Gratuities, Admin Fees and Credit Card Fees.

Drink packages, ground transportation and internet will be offered at the time of registration, but it isn't mandatory.

All suites and balconies are the same price, so that is a STEAL. Some of the balconies and suites are larger than the others with more amenities. PAY IN FULL RECEIVE $300. Example 2 people in an interior room can be as low as $899 per person.

Cruise Dates: May 23-26, 2025 (Friday-Monday) Memorial Day included, so that’s means you only need to take one day off Friday because Monday is Memorial Day. However, I always recommend flying in a day early.

Port: Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Nassau, Bahamas with an overnight stay in the Bahamas.

Nassau, Bahamas Events: The Bahamas Tourism Ministry moved their whole carnival to match our cruise so when you get off the ship you can roll right into the carnival with concerts, parades and vendors. If you plan to play Mas. Band information will soon be available. Your costume will be delivered to the ship.

Release of Artists: Names will not be released until September 6, our last night on the cruise. A little teaser, one of our artists has four (4) letters in their first name.

Deposits and Payments: Deposits are $149.00 per person. First payment will be due on 1 August. If you are cruising with us for 2024, your payment can be postponed until 15 September 2024. Pay in full and receive $300 off per person. A 9 month payment plan is available. We expect inventory to go fast. This ship is smaller than the Independence of the Seas.

Cruise Line and Ship: Royal Caribbean sister ship – Celebrity X Cruises - Celebrity Reflections This is a luxury five-star ship. We expect inventory to go fast. This ship is smaller than the Royal Caribbean, Independence of the Seas.

Notes for Power Exhale Caribbean Festival

- There is one more newsletter coming out before the festival.

- Luggage tags have been sent via email. If you did not get your luggage tag please let me know. Tag colors are different for each resort and will include the name of the resort you will be staying at. You must print on color paper.

- Power boxes have been shipped. If you did not get your Power Box please let me know. I messed up and didn't order one..SMH
I'll do better next time.

-T-shirts will be mailed this week. If you do not receive you T-shirt this week please let me know.

- Login to your profile on Power to Exhale Travel and ensure you inputed your airline information. Look for agents WITH AMSTAR. They will be holding Power to Exhale Travel or CaribbeanFest signs.
