As well as relaxing in the hotel with Gambia’s beautiful coastline and beaches on hand there is also an array of other delights to whet your appetite. Roots Lazy Day Cruise to Juffrey Island & Slave Museum: A glorious cruise on the river, soak up the sun and see the dolphins swimming next to the ship. Once you get to the island and museum “Be Prepared” for emotions to be stirred... an amazing experience for everyone...Not to be missed!!! Kunta Kinte Island: Come and meet Kunta Kinte’s ancestors, who will talk about their Ancestors experiences of the slave trade and the effect this has had on the Gambia. All for just £795. Visiting Africa is a life changing experience for everyone and we would like to extend this invitation to the right person.

This is for someone who has never travelled to Africa before.

All applicants must be over the age of 25, No upper age limit applies.

You will need to fund your return flight (From £500.), Other than this, all expenses will be paid by us.

You will experience village life and also be able to share your skills and learn new ones from the locals.

Your stay will be in a comfortable environment but you will spend most of your time in the local community and supporting our business and causes.
