As most of you are aware last Saturday was Zara’s last official week with us at Freestyle after 12 fantastic years.

She is leaving us due to a recent promotion in her main job role, this has not been an easy decision for her to make but she feels it is the right one at this time.
Zara will still cover for us when required but I hope you will all wish her well for the future, and thank her for all her hard work and dedication over these last 12 years, she is going to be missed on poolside by all.

Laura is taking over the mornings with Fay who you all know assisting up until Christmas & Suzanne is taking over the afternoons both who I have worked with for the last 14 years @ Kimberley Leisure Centre before we have just been made Redundant.
Ewan who swam with me many years ago before completing his Gold Award & progressing through Kimberley Swimming Club at competitive level will be joining us & assisting in the water.

They all look forward to working with the children and getting to know them.

Zara thanks you all for her cards flowers & gifts, your appreciation is greatly received 💝

A massive well done to everyone that swam last Saturday 24th April 21. It’s been a long time out of the pool but you all tried so very hard & looked as if you really enjoyed your lessons 💓 My groups were all focusing on Front Crawl, working on breathing, timing & technique, finishing with a mixture of different contrasting activities jumping in, push & glides and sinkers Well done all 🌟

Her water confidence is amazing perhaps a little too confident at times 🙄, her skill work nothing phases her, and her actual swimming ability, & stroke technique for a 4 1/2 is breath taking.
