Wilko's by the Lake. From April 2011 until April 2020, Wilko’s Holiday House was a holiday rental in Goolwa SA Recently renovated three bedroom pet friendly holiday home.

Open plan kitchen lounge/dining. Three bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 Double and 1 containing 2 single beds. Wardrobes in two rooms and chest of drawers in third. Split system airconditioner. Combustion (fire) heater in the rumpus room. Overhead fans in all bedrooms. Totally self contained with all linen supplied as well as complimentary coffee, tea and sugar. Digital Television, combined DVD/VCR with some

dvd's and videos and stereo system. Board Games, books, magazines and some childrens toys available for use. Outdoor setting and gas barbeque. Port a cot and High Chair and changing mat also on premises. A front sunroom with views to the lake and a fully enclosed back verandah with a doggy door. Kennel, food and water bowls supplied. Good sized lawned enclosed backyard.

After 11 years, it’s finally time to say goodbye. We recently sold this property in Goolwa, and come mid April we will officially cease operating our little holiday rental and pass the property on to its new owners. The new owners will be moving in to the property and it will no longer be utilised as a holiday rental.
We have stopped taking bookings now as we are completely booked out until hand over date.
We would like to thank all our guests from the last 11 years, however, it’s time to enjoy more time with family and friends and to do more traveling ourselves.
Once again thank you all for making Wilko’s Holiday House so special, Dave & Rose.

🏠 We are still going to sell Wilko's but are going to take bookings at 3 month intervals until it is sold. That way we can ask for a 90 day settlement to honour all bookings. The available dates can be found by looking on the Stayz/Homeaway site.

We have had a few enquiries why wilko's has been blocked for 2020. After a lot of thought we have decided to sell our holiday rental. We hope to have it on the market in the next couple of weeks. Because we are booked out for most of December and January any potential buyers will be informed that settlement can not be until mid February so as we can honour our bookings.

Why leave them at home. We have had an assortment of animals who came with their owners for a short stay, Dogs,cats, a cockatiel, budgie and visiting soon in his own little house a guinea pig. 😀

Important information.

Wilko's by the Lake is now listed on the HomeAway site as well as the Stayz site. HomeAway owns stayz and they are closing Stayz down over the next few months. All advanced accomadation that has been confirmed on Stayz will still be processed via them but new bookings will be done via HomeAway.
